Your privacy is important to us. This page explains what data we hold, where it comes from, and how to request removal.
What data we hold
Sampoorna Intelligence maintains a relationship intelligence platform for the Indian social sector. We hold the following types of data:
Public corporate giving filings
Director names, roles, and company affiliations from publicly available government and corporate records.
NGO registry & foreign-funding records
NGO registration details, board members, and foreign-funding report data from government registries.
US nonprofit records
Trustees and officers of US-registered nonprofits. Publicly available from official US public records.
UK charity records
Trustees of UK-registered charities. Publicly available from official public records.
Public professional profiles
Publicly visible experience, education, and skills data. We do NOT store private messages, connections, or non-public information.
Organization websites
Team page information from NGO and foundation websites (publicly published staff/team lists).
When you use this website
This section covers sampoornaintelligence.com itself. When you first visit, a banner asks whether you accept analytics ("That's fine" or "No thanks"). Your choice is stored in your browser (localStorage key sampoorna_analytics_consent_v1).
Product analytics — only if you choose "That's fine"
We use PostHog (EU cloud) and Google Analytics 4 to see which pages and features are used: page views, clicks, scroll and performance data, the actions you take on the site (for example running a Funder Check or opening the founders form), and the website or campaign link that brought you here. Each sets its own cookie and local storage entry to recognise a returning browser, and we link the two tools' anonymous IDs so a visit is counted the same way in both. Google Analytics runs with Google Consent Mode: advertising storage, ad personalisation and Google Signals are turned off, so nothing is used for ads. If session replay is turned on in PostHog, form inputs are masked. If you choose "No thanks", neither tool is loaded.
Ask Sampoorna and Funder Check (AI features)
Questions you type into Ask Sampoorna, and the NGO you look up in Funder Check, are sent to an AI model to write the answer: Cloudflare Workers AI, or DeepSeek when it is enabled. For quality monitoring we record each AI request in PostHog — the model used, response time, token counts and errors. The text of your question and the answer is recorded only if you chose "That's fine"; otherwise it is replaced with a placeholder and the record is not linked to you. Your IP address is not sent. If you rate an answer with thumbs up or down, the rating is stored with the request. Ask Sampoorna keeps your recent conversation in your browser for 30 minutes so you can resume it. Please do not type personal details into the chat.
Basic site measurement (all visitors)
The homepage sends one summary when you leave it — time on page, scroll depth, sections viewed, screen size, your browser's user-agent string and the referring website. Visits that arrive from an AI assistant (for example ChatGPT or Perplexity) record the page, the AI platform's domain and any campaign tags, both in our own database and as an anonymous count in PostHog. None of this includes your IP address, a cookie or any identifier that links one visit to another. The assistant's name is kept in your browser for the current session only, so an enquiry you send can be credited to it.
Forms you submit
If you send a partnership inquiry or subscribe to updates, we store what you entered (name, email, organisation and the other fields shown) with the page and campaign you came from, and email it to the founders through our email provider, Resend. We also record an anonymous count of each enquiry or signup in PostHog — the page, the campaign and the AI assistant that referred you, if any — never your name, email, organisation, phone number or message.
Abuse protection
To limit misuse of the AI features, your IP address is used as a temporary counter key — kept for up to 1 hour (hourly limit) and 36 hours (daily limit), then deleted automatically. An Ask Sampoorna question asked at the start of a conversation is cached with its answer for 24 hours, so the same question is answered faster for the next visitor.
The site is hosted on Cloudflare. To withdraw analytics consent, clear this site's data in your browser (or remove the key above) and choose "No thanks" when the banner appears again. For access, correction or deletion of anything collected here, use the form below or email founder@sampoornaintelligence.com.
Your rights under DPDP Act 2023
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you have the right to:
- Access — Request a copy of your personal data held by us
- Correction — Request correction of inaccurate data
- Erasure — Request deletion of your personal data ("right to be forgotten")
- Grievance Redressal — File a complaint with our Data Protection Officer
Request data removal
Use the form below to request removal of your data from Sampoorna Intelligence. We will process your request within 30 days.
What happens when you request removal:
- Your name, public profile data, and affiliations will be removed from our database
- Your warm path edges will be deleted
- You will no longer appear in network equity calculations or signal engine results
- Government filings and public registries will have your name redacted in our system, but the original filings remain public on government websites

Data retention policy
- Government filings and public registries: Retained as public record. Name redacted on request.
- Public profile data: Removed within 30 days of takedown request.
- Warm path edges: Removed immediately with person record.
- Organization website data: Removed within 30 days of takedown request.
- Usage logs: Retained for 90 days for security and billing purposes.
