Your privacy is important to us. This page explains what data we hold, where it comes from, and how to request removal.
What data we hold
Sampoorna Intelligence maintains a relationship intelligence platform for the Indian social sector. We hold the following types of data:
Public corporate giving filings
Director names, roles, and company affiliations from publicly available government and corporate records.
NGO registry & foreign-funding records
NGO registration details, board members, and foreign-funding report data from government registries.
US nonprofit records
Trustees and officers of US-registered nonprofits. Publicly available from official US public records.
UK charity records
Trustees of UK-registered charities. Publicly available from official public records.
Public professional profiles
Publicly visible experience, education, and skills data. We do NOT store private messages, connections, or non-public information.
Organization websites
Team page information from NGO and foundation websites (publicly published staff/team lists).
Your rights under DPDP Act 2023
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you have the right to:
- Access — Request a copy of your personal data held by us
- Correction — Request correction of inaccurate data
- Erasure — Request deletion of your personal data ("right to be forgotten")
- Grievance Redressal — File a complaint with our Data Protection Officer
Request data removal
Use the form below to request removal of your data from Sampoorna Intelligence. We will process your request within 30 days.
What happens when you request removal:
- Your name, public profile data, and affiliations will be removed from our database
- Your warm path edges will be deleted
- You will no longer appear in network equity calculations or signal engine results
- Government filings and public registries will have your name redacted in our system, but the original filings remain public on government websites

For any privacy-related queries or grievances, contact our Data Protection Officer:
Data retention policy
- Government filings and public registries: Retained as public record. Name redacted on request.
- Public profile data: Removed within 30 days of takedown request.
- Warm path edges: Removed immediately with person record.
- Organization website data: Removed within 30 days of takedown request.
- Usage logs: Retained for 90 days for security and billing purposes.
Grievance escalation
If you are not satisfied with our response, you may escalate to:
